I have a wild theory. Behind the scenes Brainchip has become very active against shorters and manipulators and I believe that one of these individuals or groups is trying to push back by making a complaint to the ASX.
It is a nothing as you have pointed out and simply wasted some admin time at BRN in replying. It is my opinion that it has strengthened the resolve of the company in its stand against this type of behaviour.
Some like me might wonder at why all the trolls were available on a Friday after close to descend on here the minute the announcement broke as if they had prior knowledge. Transparent as glass in my opinion.
