The answer is quite simple really, the fundamentals of WPL are all there and they are printing cash the price since the covid crash has not yet recovered but fast money has been made elsewhere as those opportunities dry up value investors will buy. WPL's balance sheet was good, shutdowns went ahead as planned.
The problem is not the stock but the investor, buy yesterday and complain today that I'm not rich yet. The dogsige brigade are just not good investors hands down and lack the mindset that stock investing requires.
