Quasi - your post warrants some reflection whilst we wait.

Is it just a coincidence that the closing date for director nominations occured during the beginning of the halt period?

If you look back to this time last year ...

On 2/10/20 4DS had an announcement reminding us of Board nominations to be received by October 12.

Then on 7/10/20 4DS announced a Board Appointment & Sale Incentive.

So Drs Wilbert was anointed, Jim was stepping back to NED but still involved & a Sale Incentive was declared. (Sale Bonus Pool).

The Sale Bonus Pool touched on the likely liquidity events - a takeover of the company or the sale of its intellectual property.

At the AGM there was the takeover provisions being updated & from the sounds of it, lots of commentary.

As such, following the 2020 AGM the company saw fit to make the following announcement (sort of what MJ has been saying)

Then on 4/10/21 4DS had an announcement reminding us of Board nominations to be received by October 11.

As we know on 8/10/21 we went into a TH awaiting a technical update.

Since then we've collectively envisaged that a technical update could mean many possibilities.

We've also learnt that a contract termination doesn't have to be a bad thing. Prior to that I would have looked for the word conclusion for greater comfort.

So - is it a coincidence?

It will be interesting to see who, if anybody has nominated. I'm also not sure who is up for re-election this year. (JD was re-elected last year).

Anybody nominating must have a reasonable understanding of what may lie ahead.

Anyway, like others, I believe things could move quickly whenever we come out of suspension.
