I believe Zip will be able to hit $9 - $10 again in the next 3-6 months, however I cannot see without any significant shift in the business, how they can achieve similar multiples to their peers, and certainly not anytime soon.

what concerns me about being overly bullish on this price target is evergrandes extension, inflation concerns still bubbling, post report profit taking and ATH markets again, and zips expenses continuing to increase. The HY may be a shocker for expenses and that loss would have blown out further.
