For me the biggest concern and question mark is that the cost of upgrading and bringing the concentrator plant online, a.k.a., "getting started on their turnaround plan" (p. 7), in addition to the building of a spodumene conversion facility, is still an unknown factor and carries some degree of risk with it, and SYA has said as such.
To me, that raises the specter of yet another CR.
