CXM is a dividend happy company QinJun88. Look back over the company announcements. Chrisp and his family would be the greatest beneficiaries when dividends are once again declared. The scene is set.

Evidently, and this fact is hard to ignore, that once we deliver on our targeted annual production then Agriflex will become a mint making machine. The projected free cash flow and resultant profits are literally unreal.

I predict some eye raising results from Oxley this week - they are due by Friday. It might be hard to believe, but Oxley could be an even greater cash cow than Ardmore. Oxley already has enviable Potash reserves and is confirmed to be open in all directions. Oxley’s commercial value - in my mind - is well beyond the current CXM market capitalisation.

This segues into my next prediction. The current $42 million valuation grossly underestimates Ardmore and ignores Oxley. My belief is that the company is in an extraordinary position and it does not take a CXM hyper-enthusiast like myself to point this out. I firmly believe that the share price will multibag again from here. CXM would not even consider a $100,000,000 takeover for Ardmore, and as l have stated, Oxley is arguably worth more.

I am in this for the long haul. Sell Regret is real - watch out.
