$5.4M sustains 50% YOY growth.
Q1 FY21 last year was record $3.56M. $5.4M / $3.56M = 51.7% YOY.
4C was announced on 26/10/2020 = 25/10/2021 tomorrow.
Q1 FY21 $3.56M / Q4 FY20 was $3.05M = 16.7% QOQ growth.
$4.9M Q4 FY21 x 1.167 = $5.7M Q1 FY22 using same QOQ growth metrics as last year.
$5.7M / $3.56M = 60.1% YOY growth.
I interpret really strong first quarter as $5.7M + $676.4K RKN dividend paid on 22/9/2021 = $6.376M.
Will be in excess of $6M with the RKN dividend payment this quarter. Next RKN dividend payment is quarter 3.
Quarter 2 revenue will look flat without the RKN dividend. $5.7M Q1 x 1.107 (for 50% YOY growth) = $6.31M.
Then quarter 3 should be $6.31M x 1.107 = $6.99M + $450.9K RKN dividend paid in March = $7.44M.
Then quarter 4 revenue will look flat again without the RKN dividend. $6.99M x 1.107 = $7.73M.
So Q1 up QOQ, Q2 flat QOQ, Q3 up QOQ, Q4 flat QOQ due to RKN dividend payments.
SP may perform likewise. Big run then flat/retrace followed by another big run then flat/retrace.
Big Q1 tomorrow, Visa/Mastercard acquirer licences due, banking licence due & $1 within 1-2 months is feasible.
