Regency mines has a SEDA agreement worth 3 million Pounds i think.
Regency mines is RRR's Largest Shareholder with 30%.
Andrew Bell thankfully is "Chairman" of all three RRR, Regency Mines and RSL....connect the dots.
Im confident things are looking better for RSL...U will rocket again as well but it may take 6 months for the U Glut to clear.
