We have heard all of the baseless negatives. Now let's try and see if we have any positives.
While they have been mud slinging, I have been doing some homework of my own. I have found out far more than this but suffice to say I am now very pleased with this whole arrangement, whether or not PEN decides to utilise any of the funding.
