"They sold over 500,000 cars in 2020. ... Tesla made the first profit in 2020 and currently trading at 400 P/E."
I have been watching Tesla closely for this year. It is now selling 1mill cars per annum (rolling year basis), and it has a plausible factory and product pipeline to continue 50% growth per annum for many years. It's P/E is now <300 and dropping after each quarterly announcement.
Tesla is a legit success story and it's shares are being bought by many people. I want to buy them too! But my fear is one mis-step and they will drop 50-75%, so I am on the sidelines and waiting for a cheaper entry price.
"That someone cash the unlimited cash supply and ability to put pressure on governments around the world to create/ change the policies. "
You can forget this conspiracy theory. It sounds silly, and it will only distract you from taking time to read analysts reports and to better understand the real world forces at play.
Good luck with your investments.
