Price is on the low side. i hope this brings our pre emptive bidder Sinopec (assuming FIRB approvals will be acheived) who may push the bidder up. Otherwise whilst the numbnut ORG mgmt are selling at book - this book was written down when spot oil was at $20/bbl and long term oil at $50-60.
