US business seems to be in a sweet spot at the moment......ROW less so. Even with higher subscription fees (arguably only 10% have the higher tier) and all the revenues from covid bookings, ROW is still losing 2m per quarter (more without SMS fees I imagine)
Having said that, you could ignore RoW (or assume it burns 5-10m in cash) if the US can generate >$70m in revenues - that would mean the overall company is cashflow positive and that will change how this is valued
