I don’t think you understand the maths part of what I have said. I am sure MFG would have performed badly during last year, which includes Covid period. That is the ranking you are talking about which based on past 1 year. Next Match 2022 there will be a big improvement of MFG annual performance. Why is that ? MFG funds jumped A$ 6 B in March 2021, which is 6% in one month. All the reopening trade which benefited all the funds which were invested or put new Money around the Covid period hugely benefited during this period, where as Hamish paid the price for being conservative.GQG is an example too which had 18B fund inflows around Jan to March 2020. When the market came to steady waters around 1st qtr 2021, Magellan picked up, that is why I picked March 2021 as the turning point to normal investment activity after Covid.
