Again, this is based on actual numbers. This is where they actually ranked when compared against other funds. They are not giving a recommendation, merely ranking their performance against the other funds.
So your basically saying as long as they get the right economic conditions they might do a little better than most funds.
Why do they to deserve to charge a premium fee? The reality is they don't.
Surely 10 years of lack of out performance quantifies this. Bluntly they need to reduce their management and how they measure their outperformance fee. Cleaning the slate every 12 months isn't good enough.
