Mate, its not 20.50 a share! Its 1 share for every 20.56 shares you held from last week (21/11)! For example if you hold say 153 ALL shares in your portfolio you would find that you know have acquired 8 ALLR shares! The trading price right now for ALLR is currently $5.530, meanwhile the ALL shareprice is $47.420! ALLR is somewhat the difference between the offer price and the current share price.
Now, the current offer states that your ALLR offer can be purchased at $41.85 per share, simply put, You would pay aristocrat $334.80 to convert the 8 ALLR to ALL at the asking price of $41.85. Or you can trade your ALLR for $5.530 and be done with it.
