At current rates and pack sizes, the average battery cost for a typical Tesla 3 works out to about $5,500 to $6,300 USD when Model 3 Standard Range Plus now starts at US$35,490.
Your view might be different to mine, but to me that is significant and this is before
1. REE NdPr increase.
2. Copper price increase
However NpDr and Copper as a percentage is much below Battery cost (which includes Nickel, Cobalt Grpahite etc)
