I suppose RMS board are considering options just now .
It will be interesting to see what RMMS have to say ....presumably they'll have to either up the bid soon or pull out so hope they don't keep us waiting too long for some sort of response .
If they did up the bid I would think maybe copying their opponent and making it all cash .
(Doubt they'd need to borrow but could if needed .)
If not , well then back to the drawing board and examining other options .
AOP T/O... has possibly already slipped from their grasp..., page-43
