Hey Metalguru,
"Suggest you check details on the "lock in" for disposal of their Jupiter shares. They are not prohibited from selling."
I base my statement on the following:
“It is the present intention of Red Rock
to retain its JMS shares, which with the exception of 15,109,403 shares are subject
to a lock-in until 30 March 2010.”

http://library.rrrplc.com/RRR_web/RRR_Announcements/RRR_announcements_2009/RRR_Exercise_of_Manganese_Option_08.07.2009.pdf
(Mid way down 3rd page.)
My understanding is thay if RRR holds 92,899,165 JMS shares, or 28.91%, then 92,899,165 minus 15,109,403 = 77,789,762 will be locked in.
I agree with everything else!!!
Cheers
PS : Are you in London?!?!
Your comments sound close to the "nerve centre"
Macau says the Tea Lady at RRR is the one with all the information!?!
