ok, this came fairly quick. My take on this

1. Downgrade- unexpected, as they downgraded recently. Perhaps they didn't consider revenue reduction properly when they did. Or they expected some sort of smaller contract- that didn't happen. Wait and see how deep is the cut.

2. Cash- they said company will invoice beginning of September (with renewed contract) and 50/50 that they will get paid in September. if not most probably in October. Since then, BG went to UAE - perhaps to fix. I assume, cash received news will be out.

3. Spacelink - contract with OHB announced/signed. they are investing -$25mil. 9news came out with "exclusive" news - haha) yesterday. Why? Halt the market today - coincidence? i don't think so. what is likelihood that EOS will say to market that they couldn't finalize funding?! They have been working on this 1+ years. Since then few announcements came out pointing to funding announcement being positive. I presume it is and it is about time that they announce funding. They told that once equipment contract is announced, funding will be shortly thereafter.
