I jave read that too. But the one that really drew my attention the most, was the one about awarding huge pay rises for the executives that made huge losses, or huge reduction in profits. Even when there were reduction in dividends or no dividends paid at all, the execuitves got pay rises, lol.
It appears to me that these people get awarded these incentives in anywhychway the company goes, without regards to its shareholders.
I am now convinced that, to become a Director, the first prerequisite, is to award these bonuses and incentives to the Compnay Executives, OR OTHERWISE, YOU WILL NOT GET A JOB/POSITION IN THAT COMPANY.
Once you say yes to that question, you pass and you will get the job.
