"JP Morgan is expected to launch a capital rising for Lynas Corporation as early as tomorrow"
This would tend to indicate that the deal was wrapped up very quickly, almost too quick to be done without knowledge that the FIRB were going to dump on the CNMC deal. My guess is that it will be well structured and well worded let's hope it is also well received.
