I doubt it, ALC hasn't delivered anything new that hasn't already been disclosed, there wasn't any great expectations for Q1.
IMO investors are waiting for significant new contracts to drop before buying in as proof that ALC can step up to the next level.
As with all these types of companies they don't disclose the bids they lost or the bid to success ratio. So knowing whether contracts haven't arrived due to delays or losses is difficult to determine in the short term.
