It doesn't matter if you are a LTH although 3 months isn't long at all in the scheme of things because your're never going to sell before the demerger so it doesn't matter what the SP does. Mind you the Insto's have put a cap on the share price at 69c and 75c - I notice most of that cap has now gone.
