    mate read the Report.... Incentives are not paid untill 2005 and are subject to change....

    which means if NO big deals signed by AGM time , then i think shareholders will be pushing for the incentives to be pushed back untill such time that VTI have secured
    decent contracts e.g over $10million aussie
