Yes, bullish unless the tops are upward sloping as CMC has them, lol.
Nuisance when different systems have a different pattern.
The rectangle is bullish while the flat bottomed broadening top is very bearish.
The broadening top pattern has been the key to tops back in '07 etc.
Anyway, the lows we can all agree on as being very key.
