Totally agree. Has been saying this for some time. In my view it is possible for a potential buyer to lend stock to an hedge fund to keep the stock within a trading range. If you check the top 20 shareholders, there are couple of hedge funds holding a substantial number of shares which could be held on behalf on a potential suitor. IMHO the only way to push this pass the trading range is to get another bidder. if not I can't see the revised offer going over the $5. If this is the case we can only hope the board make the obvious decision on behalf of us - NO.

This is my concern. You'd think if POSCO offered $4.60 - $4.80 it would be knocked back by the Board. In that event you'd expect the SP to fall back. Tick tock
