The fact is they didn't update the market,yet the market fell into a downward trend in the shareprice and created such a low market price for this aquisition says two things to me.

As I said before this management are not shareholder focused when this deal was released.
1/A lot of selling down before this announcement has influenced this shareprice in the aquisition to the detriment of shareholders with no effort undertaken to turn this around by the board.
By whom and who gets to ultimately benefit?
In no way am I implying anything sinister there.
Isn't that just It's a very natural question shareholders will ask as the majority vendors are also joining the management team with lots of low valued performance shares?

Once again if management was shareholder focused,
2/THEY would have released with the expectation of an aquisition a quarterly early or issued preliminary sales figures to update the market and RA RA the shareprice for shareholders.
Thus ensuring shareholders would not be disadvantaged in an impending aquisition by a depressed shareprice or sell their shares CHEAP through ignorance of how well the company is actually doing.
Saving an excessive transfer of wealth to the owners of what your aquiring and benefiting existing shareholders to the maximum ability of the board..(I NOTE THEY STATED THEY WOULD NO LONGER BE GIVING ONGOING UPDATES)

If you no longer trust your company management you leave like you would an unfaithful partner.
Walking is the safest option when trust is lost.
If the quarterly is great or exceptional,it makes this managements actions EVEN WORSE..
I will be EXITING either way.
I'm waiting for a bit of RA RA to do so cleanly before the next need for operational cash to pay their wages hits the market.
