    If you are quick you could pick up a parcel at SPP price 11.5 in the morning. Appears some are desperate to sell below CR even. I'd imagine if 66 retail investors went for full $30,ooo it will be over subscribed and scaled back unless they accept all applications and increase the $2m limit
