    Unlikely.
    If it were 100M+ BBI then possibly, but only 15M BBI traded today = very low vol.


    BBI 12 month ave daily vol is just under 20M (today 15M).
    BEPPA 12 month ave daily vol is just under 1.7M (today 11M)

    Some one is still accumulating BEPPA's
