Yep, he did state this and it makes perfect sense.
The European plant is actually likely to have a very similar design, barring any major issues at Kwinana or changes in direction. This is unlikely.
The real benefit of the exhaustive detailed engineering design conducted this year for Kwinana is that development of subsequent plants will be fast-tracked.
