    Hi

TA or FA - Which comes first "The chicken" or "the egg".

Quite frankly most on here dont really care what the share price is at the moment.

The tone of my posts hasnt changed from three months ago to last week. I rarely acknowledge what the share price is in my posts.

When the share price was at 2.5c, I was accumulating when the most fanatical chartist would have yelled "sell sell sell" I was never concerned about CER continuing as a going concern even when it was at 1.6c.

Its nice that the unit price is where it is today as opposed to say 3 months ago but the fundamentals have not materially changed in that time. The occupancy rates are still similar as is cost of debt, underlying profit of properties and tenant mix.

What has changed is the sentiment towards the reit sector by the vast majority of people. The minority which is me, Nursery, numbers man, blastoff et al invested in cer well before many others took a long term view in CER.

I still maintain a long term view in CER.

If you believe CER has topped out in the short term, thats your opinion but if I looked at CER from a TA point of view only its unlikely I would have purchased near the bottom and it is highly likely I would be stressed about picking entry/exit points and would have paid a whole heaps of brokerage. I would also be looking at the screen all day!

    Anyway each to their own

    Cheers
