Dont know meme, get he says things in a hard factual way which some people may be a little to sensitive too, but that's thier issue not his. I'm not defending him, what has anouyed me is a silly statement based on nothing posted by you, which was rightly criticised and then defended by Murry advocating free speech while saying others cannot post thier opinions if negative. And then you get started going for the person rather than the ball, definition of hypocritical I'd suggest. So point is if you don't like alternative or critical opinions expressed re your posts, don't post them, your call, For those that are interested in BNL future permitting timeframe please note a hearing is as the name implies a hearing it doesn't make a decision about a specific permit to drill application, which by the way hasn't been lodged yet, it's sole purpose is to hear if the community has any adverse views on whether drilling for gas should be carried out in a particular location as per bnl's application, it's part of the consultation proccess .. results from hearing (possitive or negative) are then used as part of the proccess to grant the specific drilling permit application once lodged, obviously if there was a riot out side the council chambers and the building was burnt down I would suggest there wouldn't be much point in going through with the expense of submitting a request for a specific well until those concerns where addressed. But if depending on submission statements all seems well (excuse the pun) bnl can and should then plan the specific requirements needed to apply to drill the well. Those being engerneering, dates, commissioned drilling contractors, Site plan, WHS, etc. Once that is done and they have submitted it they are telling us (bnl) the average approval turn around time is four weeks where engineering and other factors will be assessed. Specific sentiment from hearing is known as a result of the hearing as it's an open transparent proccess, however you may get a statement or letter stating there are no concerns or you will need to addresses this etc, accept if there are no submissions, which there haven't been, so logically we can assume a positive community response already .. results from hearing released next week is I'm sorry footmax just made up rubbish, as explained you will know from listening to the hearing or reading any submissions. But if you were really suggesting the granting of the permit next week we'll that will not happen either because the hearing is not the only thing that goes into the assessment of whether to grant the specific well permit or not, so not sure what will be realeast next week that could have a major impact on the sp as you state... and seriously if there was something it would put into question the integrity of the procedure. That said everybody maybe jumping up and down next week because we have passed that point in the process with no negative submissions but we already know that.
