The issued shares were available for trading today despite what it says on the timetable. The reason they allow an extra day on the timetable is because some brokers don't update the CHESS allocations until aftermarket so it may not be available until tomorrow depending on your broker. However I know many brokers who make the shares available for trading on the day they're allotted.

I'd say a good majority of today's volume was cap raise stock which has now been washed out.
