FYI lost 65% ownership to other company who is going to develop the mine with their cost that was the reason you got burned but kcn is different here

1. we are selling NE to TDG Cash +20% ownership of TDG which means we own their other assets including our NE.
2. We will restart our Chatree with C$25m + Inventory at the site.
3. Funding for refinery can be used as restart cost too (don’t know how much it will be).
4. within 7-12months kcn will be cash flow positive and exploration will be done full speed of our 44spls plus new one. We might get results every week there after.
5. A big chunk of cash will flow from thai ipo to kcn’s account if we get listed which will be utilised or return to us.
6. Royalty discount to “0” for 5years might save us over $300m

The way I see it our journey hasn’t started yet. People who are selling now will regret their decision after 12months.
