Hmmm… these notes are not ideal for nhc shareholders.
they are going to severely restrict dividends over the next few years, due to the adjustment of the conversion price for note holders.
we should be paying out 30c dividends but can’t, because the conversion price will reduce and massively dilute ordinary shareholders.
makes no sense to me.
