Of course they need to stay confident regarding McP. The market seems to think different (as IMO McP is not factored into the SP) and as the approval has been delayed for quite a while now there might be a risk that is more considerable than the management takes into account. Or to put in other words: What is RRL doing @ McP for 17m p.a. at the moment and wouldn´t it be wise to postpone at least some of that expense until approval is granted? Again there might be good reasons for that but not explained in detail in the Q1-report. The fact that there might be good reasons is also why this is just a mild critique and no reason to change my general sentiment.
