If patient uptake is not satisfactory, the excuses from Bob and Co will be interesting and if so what their direction would be. If it's only 5 patients (target 30) , at that rate you would be looking at June 2024 for last patient, although a realisation that more sites was needed and are now operating that target would be lower. Also i don't think we have heard how Planet Inovations went with manufacturing a Magsense machine for the trial.
Looks like Bob missed that mid 2019 start date, but he is not worried as he still got rewarded for his performance.
