Hi Andy,
I am sorry for making this confusion.
First of all, I am not sure if “Court” is the right word to use here.
Hearing will be hold by The Utah Division of Water Rights (DWRi), which is an agency of Utah State Government within the Department of Natural Resources that administers the appropriation and distribution of the State's valuable water resources.
There will be two hearings by DWRi on the same day & same venue
At 8:30 a.m.: Hearing on Uranium Watch and other protests of appropriation of water for
the Utah Energy Corporation's Daneros Uranium Mine, Bull's Eye Canyon, in San Juan County.
Additional information: http://www.uraniumwatch.org/danerosmine.ut.htm
At 9:30 a.m.: Hearing on Moab and Green River protests of Mancos Resources Inc.
request for 800 acre-feet of water from the Green River for a Uranium Mill west of the City of Green River.
Additional Information: http://www.uraniumwatch.org/mancosmill.htm
So it’s an hour hearing for WCU 8:30 – 9:30. I am not sure if there will be any further step/action after this. Looks like these environment groups are troubling every Uranium mines over there. I wish everything come up to good for us (Shareholders)
Maaze, I hope that too :-)
