only chanced upon this , after chancing on the pdy thread. watso had a quick look at the prospectus, and noted that the public who put up the funds, will only ahve between 20% and 30% of the stock. for prospects which are incredibly grass roots, this seems to be a bit of a rip off. and yes, the shares that have been issued for a couple of miserable applications in the northern territory, is scandalous

the offer is not underwritten (probably they could not get an underwriter) - and the one resource that they have is a miserable 11,000 oz. this issue will not get of the ground, and the people behind it, will have blown their money on reports etc etc
