No refund here in Melb either... I rang them about two weeks ago and was told the cheques had been just sent...
Even with Australia Post being slow; two weeks or more seems adequate... I think this is poor form indeed....
I was involved in another SPP , which closed well after the PAM SPP, and I had the refund weeks ago.... Has anyone received a refund or any current information.? I am going to ring them again today..
