Yeah makes sense, I think I am still a little lost to the specifics but the general idea is there. I suppose I am just being wary to not dismiss the other issues that might exist to put all the blame on a possible capper.
eg. Could capper not be extinguished once instos come on board? I presume certain instos/super funds have certain mandates about asx300/market cap entry? If only the board was willing to start buying on the market/came to the table with super bold PR.
