A company of such repute as Mastercard, as well as Visa and Fiserv would have done very VERY thorough checks on the background of the goat as well as his company before partnering with him. He passed those very stringent tests and i would imagine they have entire departments employed to do so, as such your opinion is nothing more than a fart in the wind.
