- 2 Australian board members - 1 useless; 1 just started
- VP Business Development
- VP Global Sales & Alliances
- Sales Development Team Leader
- Sales Development & Operations Manager
- Senior Manager Strategic Accounts
- Senior Director Sales
- VP of Product & Business Development
and a range of technical/engineering/software development.
So my question is, why does a company that makes no revenue, generates no new sales partners, need 6 Manager or above level Sales executives? I am going to assume each of these Managers are on $120-$150k AUD p.a. How on earth is this justified? They need to be performance managed, cause clearly they aren't doing a good job considering we have had no new major partners or deals executed this year aside from going on the Tech Data catalogue.
