I am not saying that Streeter (the director) is still selling it could be another party who is doing the selling.
On your other question I do not think that BHP is interested in WSA and even if they are they will still have a hard time getting their hands on it.
And that is because the directors still have a very substancial holding in WSA and will only let go for a very good price imho.
I am not sure if BHP is prepared to put that kind of money down on Nickel after their disaster with Rafensthorp where they have lost billions by closing down the mine after building it.
BHP has egg all over their face with their Nickel ventures and I do think they are staying away from Nickel for now.
But ofcourse like yourself I do not have a crystal ball and could be totally wrong, so please do your own research.
