Already in. Have my doubts about management but as you say you've got the discount and a good theme (inflation hedge). It's still a bit of an open question (inflation), but it seems risky not at least have some kind of hedge against it becoming sustained. It's the thing that concerns me most in markets atm, as I'm sure it does many others. Obviously the rate rise/asset repricing cycle that will inevitably come if things continue or inflation accelerates from here.
