Subsequent to year-end ERG successfully closed its rights issue. The issue raised $67.1 million and as
a result leaves the Group with a much stronger balance sheet. From the proceeds of the issue,
approximately $16 million was paid in cash and 7.5 million shares will be issued towards settlement of
the liabilities to the vendors of Proton World International. In addition to this, the amount utilised of
$18.5 million on the short-term facility from Ingot Capital Management Pty Limited has also been repaid.
All these payments were detailed in the rights issue prospectus.

16 mill and 18.5 mill already payed out within weeks . 34.5 mill of 67mill raised gone ........ leaves 32.5 mill . hand back out for more inside 12 months my guess . these are important irrefutable facts that rampers like to leave out
