Didn't Les Davis say at the 'Diggers and Dealers' that they had a couple of confidentiality agreements signed? Maybe it's something to do with those.
After he had stated previously that they didn't want to work for the banks and had no plans to go to the market either I would expect that something 'too good to refuse' has been negotiated. I trust the management of this co. so I expect it's all good!
Bloody well hope anyway.
