The company did change CEO just before the downgrades started. From Babidge, who supposedly has all the experience and has been taking credit for A2M's success, to the current CEO, David, who didn't have any experience selling anything to China, let alone dairy products, before he took on the role; neither does he have any experience in turning a business around when it starts to languish.
