Tony you simply cant make any meaningfull comparisons between Warren Buffet and Jesse Livermore. Two totally separate investment styles.
Sure, some of Jesse Livermore's ways of trading are outdated - the markets change all the time as far as technology and rules go, but generally the psychology remains the same. Jesse picked up on this psychology very well and there is a lot to be picked up from him by reading his books IMO.
