Lack of management communication spelled trouble for me. Ralph wasn't even keen to do a webinar (after committing to one), hard to maintain enthusiasm when the company hierarchy doesn't demonstrate likewise.

The NanoDX outcome is quite disappointing, nowhere in previous communication did the company state that the delays were due to the inability of MEMs to scale up in volume. In fact, the company hinted the delays with FDA submission was due to "some issues in final cartridge assembly". It wouldn't have been a new revelation to the company that MEMs based Microfluidic sensors would not have commercial scale.





While the company still holds IP, it's in a precarious financial position. I'm also not sure the value of some of the IP if it can't be scaled up in a commercial sense.
